Responsibilities:
Responsible to oversee 6-8 restaurants to meet operational metrics and able to help restaurants achieve budgets, run clean and safe restaurants, and focus on guest is top priority.
Supervises trains, motivates and leads employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service
Ensure orders are taken in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner.
Resolves customer concerns.
Helps manage inventory of stock among restaurants to determine ordering needs and quantity of supplies required to prevent shortages.
Follows up cash on hand at shift change and at closing to determine shortages or overages and prepare bank deposit statements. Follows up to ensure all deposits are in bank.
Works with other restaurant managers to handle scheduling, new hire interviews and training.
Qualifications:
Must be at least sixteen 18 years old
Must be committed to delivering exceptional guest service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous fast food experience required - store manager/ restaurant manager preferred.
Food servsafe certification a plus
Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
