Job Description
We are currently looking for a full-time, experienced and certified HVAC and
Refrigeration Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working
independently and has a very strong mechanical aptitude and a working knowledge
of restaurant equipment.
Job Functions :
Travel to job sites daily, and work with maintenance team to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly
communicated to store locations.
- Perform preventative maintenance and or repairs to either the facility or onsite equipment.
- Has working knowledge of mechanical system.
- Familiarity and experience of general construction and remodel practices.
- Responsible for ensuring that facilities are maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Special projects and other responsibilities as necessary.
Requirements :
- 3-5 years’ experience in Commercial Facility
- Maintenance.
- Must possess a Valid Driver's License.
- Current / Valid Automobile Insurance required.
- Ability to work independently and have excellent
time management skills.
- Must be able to furnish own basic tools.
- Reliable Transportation to and from job locations is required.
- Must be available to work nights or weekends.
- This position requires the employee to be on
call to service emergency needs as applicable.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items
with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights,
work in small crawl spaces.
Preferred :
- A / C experience
- Commercial kitchen equipment experience
- License / Certification in either HVAC, Refrigeration or Maintenance
