Job Summary: The Manager, Digital Finance plays a pivotal role within the Finance team, working closely with the Digital team to drive financial analysis, profitability, and strategic reporting for major digital initiatives. This role supports leadership in strategic decision-making, focusing on digital investments and identifying optimal opportunities for growth. The Manager, Digital Finance will build financial models, evaluate performance across digital channels (such as loyalty programs, mobile engagement, and delivery), and provide insights into the digital business’s return on investment (ROI). This position involves significant collaboration with cross-functional teams, enabling the successful implementation of digital projects across brands and regions.

Role & Responsibilities
- Identify strategic opportunities for the Digital team that align with financial goals.
- Lead the monthly close reporting process for Digital Finance and conduct ad hoc analyses on digital projects to assess ROI and identify risks/opportunities.
- Advise on vendor selection and contract negotiations for digital initiatives.
- Own and regularly evaluate KPIs for digital channels, assessing performance at each growth phase.
- Present insights on digital channel performance to stakeholders, including leadership and franchise partners.
- Oversee the profitability of digital initiatives, ensuring effective decision-making for optimal ROI.
- Build financial models to project and assess the impact of digital channels, supporting decisions that shape the strategic direction for digital growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate and present financial information from multiple sources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
- 3 years of professional experience in financial modeling and analysis.
- CPA designation, consulting, or financial accounting experience is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and familiarity with SAP.
- Experience connecting data from diverse sources to build complex yet adaptable financial models.
- Ability to use SQL and/or Snowflake is an asset.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex financial insights at various levels of detail.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Team player with a commitment to collaborative success.
