This person will ensure Burger King delivers against its social strategy while working with our Social Agency. This person will be responsible for managing all social channels for Organic & Influencer content.

General Role Description
The Social Media Marketing manager will play a key role in leading social media for Burger King. This person will ensure Burger King delivers against its social strategy while working with our Social Agency. This person will be responsible for managing all social channels for Organic & Influencer content.
Responsibilities
- Strategically lead social media for campaign launches from conceptualization to execution - ensuring each launch is aligned with broader marketing goals and generates excitement and engagement.
- Lead Organic Social & Influencer Strategy while managing status & trend calls with Social Agency
- Lead the development and execution of organic social content and publishing strategy, especially for Instagram, Tiktok & X, our priority platforms.
- Lead all creative shoots
- Flag & provide insight and updates on all crisis matters to Social & PR leaders
- Support execution of Influencer Marketing including 3rd party vendor influencers (Ex Coca Cola, Oreo, Dr. Pepper)
- Help with coordination Food Pick Up with PPE And Field Team
- Analyze social media performance data and use insights to inform future content creation, strategy adjustments, and reporting while overseeing monthly & quarterly reports.
- 4-6 years of Social media experience in marketing, experiential activations a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in major social media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Excellent project planning to ensure all deadlines are met
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization
- Ability to build cross functional relationships in service of the business
- Multi-tasking a key asset
- Self-motivated, independent, and with a high willingness to learn, question and improve existing processes
- Proficiency with Powerpoint & Excel and other Microsoft Office products
