Job Overview

Excellent restaurant execution at Burger King is the key to ensuring continued brand success. With several important initiatives, and many cross functional stakeholders, it’s imperative that we have a team to synthesize and funnel RSC (Restaurant Support Center) workstreams into focused execution materials for our field team.

The field execution team integrates national marketing initiatives, technology, digital operations, operations standards, and data analytics into effective strategies and calendar planning for the Burger King Field Team to drive results with franchisees.

What You’ll Do

  • Synthesize and Communicating RSC Workstreams: Field execution centers on effective prioritization and calendar planning of cross-functional RSC initiatives. The Sr. Analyst of Field Execution will oversee and support building the weekly field team calls, integrating national marketing, digital operations, brand standards, and technology initiatives, balancing driving short-term performance and long-term strategy.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: This role collaborates with Operations, Digital, Marketing, and Development Analytics to conceptualize reporting tools and dashboards for franchisees and field members including standard operating visits, business reviews, and quarterly review meetings. Metrics are measured, reviewed, and actioned by various field team members such as Regional Vice Presidents, Regional Managers, Franchise Business Partners, and Operations Partners.
  • Franchise Success System: The Sr. Analyst of Field Strategy Implementation works with the director of field strategy implementation to manage the Burger King Franchise Success System Program including assessing program key performance indicators and developing future strategic updates.
  • Restaurant Operating Visits: The Manager of Field Strategy Implementation should use insights and data from past product and process launches to identify potential execution issues and drive course corrections as needed. Operations performance centers around restaurant execution metrics and team performance metrics, including but not limited to Product Satisfaction, Guest Satisfaction, Speed of Service times, Training completions, Brand audit visits and Restaurant & Franchisee Scorecard scores.
  • Strategy Implementation Planning: The Sr. Analyst of Field Strategy Implementation is responsible for supporting the coordination and planning a bi-annual RSC event for the field team and additional virtual field team meetings to effectively excite and drive brand strategy.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Operations, or Marketing
  • 2 years of proven ability in a role such as operations, marketing, or field operations
  • Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving ability with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to tailor communication to all levels of the organization
  • Commitment to timelines, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to multitask and manager priorities in a fast-paced environment
