Cooking
- Grilling: Cook meats, burgers, and other items on the grill, ensuring they are cooked to the right temperature and to customer specifications.
- Timing: Manage cooking times effectively to ensure all orders are completed simultaneously and served fresh.
Quality Control
- Food Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Presentation: Ensure that all food items are plated attractively before serving.
Equipment Management
- Grill Maintenance: Keep the grill and surrounding areas clean and well-maintained, including regular cleaning of equipment.
- Supplies Management: Monitor inventory levels of grilling supplies and ingredients, notifying management when stock is low.
Team Collaboration
