Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
- Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently to process transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and service counters.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure that all food safety standards are met.
- Buss tables promptly to ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery.
- Support team members during peak hours to maintain smooth operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in the food industry or quick-service fast food restaurant settings.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Experience in grocery store environments or culinary settings is advantageous but not required.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere are essential.
