What We’re Looking For: To excel in this position, you should bring:
- Proven experience in construction estimating or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
- Proficiency in estimating software such as HeavyBid, Agtek, and Bluebeam is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in cost control measures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and specifications effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management principles is a plus.
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
