Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect residential and commercial buildings to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Evaluate systems requiring permits, including water heaters, roofing, HVAC, storm drains, sanitary sewer systems, and street paving.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to resolve issues and provide solutions.
- Document inspection results and report findings in a clear and concise manner.
