Customer Service Representative
Reports To: Customer Service Manager

As a national leader of inspections, energy testing and engineering for homebuilders across the
United States, we’re looking for serviced-minded professionals who have a high-level attention to
detail and can provide support to our various field teams and clients. Key job functions include:
- Scheduling: Accessing various online systems in order to retrieve data and schedule pieces of work
- Communication: Fielding phone calls, emails and other types of requests in order to support field operations and client needs
- Accuracy: Reconciling completed daily work in order to ensure accurate data entry
- Time Management: Working directly with local Leadership of various Divisions to execute time-critical objectives
- Teamwork: Providing back-up support for co-workers in order to ensure daily work is completed on time and accurately
- Organization: Filing and maintaining various digital and hard copy files
Qualified candidates will have most of the following:
- Great communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy and software skills using tools such as excel, word, Gmail suite, database searching, etc.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints with occasional distractions
- Desire to learn about the construction industry
This is a full-time, salaried position with a standard 5-day work week. Paid holidays and vacations,
401K, health/dental/life/vision insurance are also available. Competitive salary based on experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has little or no supervisory responsibilities.

Physical Demands:
The employee is regularly required to have full use of hands and arms and must be able to speak and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
The job of Customer Service Agent is classified Exempt.
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
