We are looking for energetic, driven, adaptable, proactive, creative, client focused applicants who want to be a dynamic team player. The Medicare Part D Implementation Associate will be responsible for all program related activities and project management of Part D claims processing. This position will be the primary point of contact for Medicare Part D products and focused on new client onboarding through exceptional customer service, a proactive approach, and resourcefulness. The Medicare Part D Implementation Specialist will work collaboratively with other central departments to solve for complex problems, ensure all deliverables are timely and accurate, and program needs are being met.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
- Candidates must be able to logically evaluate claims for proper payment and make sure the desired benefit goals are met.
- Candidates must be willing to think outside the box to assist in providing solutions to complex client requests.
- Assist in benefit setups
- Lead client meetings
- Create timelines
- Conduct training for clients
- Travel may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Associates Degree / Pharmacy Certification preferred
- Medicare Part D experience and knowledge
- FirstData Bank and MediSpan drug hierarchy is very useful but not required
- Project management knowledge a plus but not required
- Microsoft excel experience required.
- Highly organized and motivated, with great attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise logical and critical thinking in problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting
- A passion for learning and technology.
