- Collaborate and learn from experienced professional engineers while working on transportation infrastructure projects
- Typical projects could include traffic and safety analysis, roadway/highway design, complete streets design, drainage design, and surveying
- Increase your knowledge in preliminary plan creation, CAD design, plan production, cost estimation, and geometric design
- Gain drafting and design skills in MicroStation and AutoCAD on a variety of roadway project
- Coordinate with adjacent disciplines such as traffic, structural, and environmental engineering
- You are a current student in good academic standing pursuing a degree in engineering (civil preferred) from an ABET accredited college or university and have completed at least two years of your undergraduate degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation a plus
- Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools
- Strong interest in developing diverse civil engineering skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
