B&N Project Manager/Transportation Engineer Responsibilities
- Lead the design and production of roadway and/or planning projects for WVDOT, local agency, and other regional clients
- Maintain quality control of the work product and successfully complete projects on time and within budget
- Mentor junior level staff and collaborate with PEs across the firm
- Proposal development and client relationship management
- Support growth efforts in WV and throughout the region
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited engineering program
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of West Virginia
- Experience in commonly used design software and CADD Standards for WVDOT and local clients
- Good communication skills and ability to work with clients in the public and private sector
- Ten years of related roadway and/or planning experience is preferred
