B&N Senior PM & Business Development Leader Responsibilities
- Serve as client manager, senior project manager and/or technical subject matter expert for selected clients/projects in the Jacksonville region
- Work with leadership to develop a plan for expanding our client base or service offerings with existing clients and winning new work in the Jacksonville region
- Train, coach, and mentor junior design staff in developing and delivering design projects
- Actively lead and participate in project pursuit and delivery to create an exemplary client experience
- Support development of strong client relationships with existing clients
- Monitor performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and manage risk
- Bachelor’s degree from an ABET accredited Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering, or equivalent engineering program
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration in the State of Florida; or ability to register through reciprocity
- 15 years of related water wastewater experience
- Strong client management and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam/Adobe Pro
- Experience with Design-Build project delivery method a plus
- Experience with design delivery using the Revit platform a plus
