- Lead and manage architectural projects from initiation through completion, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, work plans, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Review and approve architectural design documentation, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, making informed decisions to keep projects on track.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior leadership.
- Facilitate and lead project meetings, including design reviews, project status meetings, and contractor coordination.
- Ensure high-quality standards and project documentation are maintained throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required from an NAAB accredited program
- Registered Architect in Ohio with a NCARB certificate or ability to obtain through reciprocity
- Ten or more years of related experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop fee proposals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, REVIT, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam
- PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
