You’ll set up machines, load programs, perform quality checks, troubleshoot, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
If you have great attention to detail, can read blueprints, and are experienced with measuring tools, we’d love to have you on our team! WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Program CNC Mazak Lathe (Mazatrol) from blueprints.
- Set-up Lathe for soft turning, hard turning, ID and OD as well as threading.
- Perform quality checks and adjusting settings to ensure accuracy.
- Be able to inspect parts and make changes to the program or offsets to make parts to a blueprint specification.
- You will need to know how to use indicators, micrometers, bore gages and gage blocks.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness in the work area.
