Job Summary
We are looking for an outgoing, energetic and professional individual, with superior customer service skills to join our rapidly growing company.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities include acting as a helpful resource for customers via phone and e-mail; responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner; effectively resolving complex issues; completing data entry and filing; and handling additional administrative duties as needed.
Superior communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office; superior problem solving skills and great attention to detail; and you must be enthusiastic, bright and willing to learn new responsibilities.
