We’re looking for top sales professionals that use a consultative sales approach to build long-term relationships. We offer a lucrative commission program in an industry with a dynamic, fast paced environment.

Our account managers are supported by both the service managers, customer care specialists and technical representatives.

Job Description:

Generates sales and revenue across all potential customer segments through face-to-face customer contact, assessing needs, bundling services and owning the customer experience throughout the sales process. Through partnerships within the community and market segments, drives incremental revenue and product growth at key customer decision points.

Qualifications:

We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, has a positive attitude, and is a team player willing to do what it takes to keep our clients and team happy. The following are a list of skills that are preferred. These skills are not all required and certain aspects can be taught on the job.

  • 2 years outside sales experience in a B2C or B2B setting/provide evidence of proven sales track record, preferably in service oriented industry
  • A genuine desire to be highly successful at closing business
  • “Self-Starter” that can work independently.
  • Consistently achieve recurring revenue objectives by generating new business in your protected territory through prospecting, cold calling, networking and relationship building
  • An understanding of the industry's and company's unique sales process
  • Develop a territory specific strategy to increase market share by identifying prospects, outlining tactics, activities and resources
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Burgess’ products, and service programs
  • Ability to identify needs and provide a qualified solution
  • Proven presentation skills that meet the customers unique needs
  • Work cohesively and productively with teammates
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
