What are the responsibilities and job description for the Roofing Project Manager position at Burggraf Roofing?
Burggraf Roofing Is seeking a motivated and organized project manager to join our growing team, As a project manager you will play a crucial role in quality control and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
-Meet with customers before project starts to go over what to expect and confirm scope.
-Manage projects to completion
-Close out Jobs with customer
-Move materials
- Perform small repairs
-Inspect Roofs
-Meet with insurance adjusters
Work Behavior:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders, work from heights.
- This is not a 8-5 job the hours are based on the project
- Must be able to work 40 hrs a week
- Must be able to climb on roofs
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, rain, snow, or sleet
- Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, crawl, stoop on a frequent basis for extended periods of time
- Must be able to communicate effectively, problem solve, critically think, and be mechanically inclined
- Must be able to speak to customers in person and over the phone
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
