- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve manual billing issues.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electronic billing issues in eCommerce and ERP systems .
- Reconcile vendor / customer accounts and resolve discrepancies .
- Contribute to the implementation and testing of new billing technologies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
