Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking part-time Cleaning Technician to join our team at [Outdoor Mall ]. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our outdoor shopping center, which requires walking, bending, lifting, and working in various outdoor conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize outdoor areas of the mall, including walkways, restrooms, and seating areas.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of outdoor surfaces, including patios and dining areas. picking up trash in the parking lot
Clean windows, doors, and other glass surfaces.
Lift and move up to 30 lbs as needed for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of outdoor common areas for customers.
Requirements:
Ability to lift to 30 lbs.
Ability to walk, stand, and bend for long periods while working outdoors.
Flexible availability to work Monday-Sunday, including weekends and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning procedures.
Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work in various weather conditions (sun, rain, etc.).
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
