This role will require you to travel to multiple job sites across the state every other Saturday to inspect and ensure quality standards for our cleaning operations. Key Responsibilities:
Travel to multiple commercial cleaning sites across the state every other Saturday to conduct inspections.
Ensure cleaning crews are adhering to the company’s standards and client expectations.
Supervise and monitor the quality of cleaning work on-site, ensuring all tasks are completed as per the outlined specifications.
Address any issues or client concerns that arise during site visits.
Provide on-the-spot feedback to cleaning teams and offer guidance or coaching when needed.
Maintain clear records of inspections, completed work, and any action items or concerns.
Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are being properly used and maintained.
Collaborate with management to report any issues, improvements, or training needs.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in commercial cleaning or facilities management. Needs to speak English and Spanish
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies or quality issues.
Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and clients effectively.
Ability to travel across the state and manage multiple job sites on the same day.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing issues.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
