Essential Responsibilities:

Evaluate and triage patient care needs, prioritize treatment and maintain patient flow

Conduct nursing assessments by taking a thorough patient history, physical assessments, vital signs, medical testing and diagnostics.

Provides treatment within scope of practice as defined by the Pennsylvania State Law

Conducts appropriate laboratory tests and quality control procedure

Competent in drawing patient labs

Administers medications and medical treatments competently as directed by a physician.

Participates in the follow-up phone calls and follow-up patient visits

Experience in completing prior authorizations.

Requirements:

Current unrestricted Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License
Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse
Current certification in basic life support
Knowledge of internet software, word processing and electronic medical records.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
