About the Position
\We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Financial Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing complex clerical and advanced bookkeeping work in accounting and fiscal records keeping.
\Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing cash influx and collecting payments from clients \
- Processing, tracking, and recording payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner \
- Supporting the organization in optimizing financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of payments and client accounts \
- Providing excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders \
- Staying up-to-date with changing regulations and laws affecting financial operations \
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity \
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records and reports \
- Collaborating with other teams to achieve business objectives \
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors \
- Performing other duties as assigned \

Requirements
\* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in accounting preferred* Two (2) years of experience in accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and/or general ledger in an automated system* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
