Job Opportunity: Construction Superintendent – Tilt-Wall Experience

About the Role: As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee all aspects of on-site construction for tilt-wall projects. Your role is pivotal in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll manage crews, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all on-site activities

• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors and construction crews.

• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.

• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure expectations are met.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent with a focus on tilt-wall construction.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety protocols.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
