We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the high-quality service and support they’ve come to expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers, answering inquiries about parts availability, pricing, and order status.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately locate, pull, and process customer orders promptly while verifying pricing and invoicing details.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders for new parts, and keep inventory organized and current.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with product lines, manufacturer updates, and changes to ensure the correct parts are recommended, ordered, and stocked.
- Proactive Outreach: Follow up with customers on outstanding orders, ensuring satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
- Team Contribution: Assist with physical inventory counts, maintain a clean and organized parts department, and collaborate with the team to improve operational efficiency.
- Problem Solving: Research and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications:
- Experience with tractor, mower, and construction equipment parts is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes is a plus.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory systems.
