What are the responsibilities and job description for the 254 - Burke Sales Coordinator position at Burke Mountain Resort?
SUMMARY Inspired by a commitment to excellence, the Sales Coordinator works with the Sales Managers and the Banquet Staff while assisting the Sales Department in various capacity. This position will assist in overseeing all aspects of the events and groups booked within the sales department which include group packet preparation, and the organization all details of all onsite booked event. The position also assists with in-house day and destination groups preparing the material needed for arrival. This includes (but not limited to) assisting where asked in coordinating client needs for layout, timeline, menu, AV/Projector needs, ceremony, reception, cocktail, brunch, updates to BEOs, setup and breakdown, while helping to manage all details pertaining to the event.
