Operations (60%)
- Shuttle customer vehicles to and from calibration center in a safe manner.
- Prepare vehicles, fueling, tires, etc., for calibrations by following established processes.
- Support Technicians with any operational needs to expedite calibration process including but not limited to performing alignment pre-check and alignments.
- Perform ADAS Verification tests.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to equipment, tools, and machinery.
- Professionally engage with customers.
- Answer basic customer questions and direct them to correct sources for technical answers.
- Provide vehicle status updates as required.
- Help address customer, operational and performance concerns.
- Manage and maintain supplies, office, and shop.
- Help clean office and shop to maintain neat and orderly working environment.
- Prepare and transmit calibration quotes as needed.
