Burke's Pharmacy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product, services, and information to customers.
We are looking for an employee that wants to learn multiple roles in a diverse and exciting environment.
Burkes Pharmacy is a high-volume family owned pharmacy with a priority of providing the best customer service.
This position requires flexibility to work Monday - Friday with some rotating weekend shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Inventory Managment
- Patient Data Input
- Patient Data verifcation
- Equipment & Medication Delivery
- Cashiering
- Stocking
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma / GED
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
