We are currently offering a part-time opportunity for a Specialty Foods Route Delivery Driver & Sales Representative with a potential to become a full time position. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver orders with punctuality and accuracy, ensuring customer satisfaction with every visit.
Engage with customers to develop and maintain strong relationships with current customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Identify and secure new sales opportunities through in-person visits and networking within the food and hospitality industry.
Conduct on-site visits to client locations for inventory evaluation and facilitate tailored order placements, guaranteeing consistent availability of our specialty food offerings.
Provide feedback from customers to enhance our product offerings and service.
Meet or exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times, representing the company’s brand effectively.
Must-Have Qualification:
Proven experience in delivery driving and outside sales, preferably in the food distribution industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
Physical ability to lift and transport heavy orders on regular bases.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Knowledge of the SF Bay Area and its food service industry.
