This role plays a crucial part in creating a safe, comfortable, and clean environment for our residents
Groundskeeping: Maintain the landscaping, including mowing, trimming, and weeding. Clear snow and ice from walkways and driveways during inclement weather.
Supplies and Inventory: Keep an organized inventory of maintenance supplies
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods. Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
