Job Responsibilities
- Record and categorize financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with payroll processing as needed
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Communicate with clients and team members regarding financial data and reports
Qualifications
✅ Experience: 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (preferred)
✅ Software Knowledge: Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software
✅ Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and analytical skills
✅ Communication: Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
✅ Education: High school diploma required; accounting coursework or degree is a plus
