We are seeking a friendly, customer service-oriented Housekeeper to help protect and improve the overall appearance of our community and care for our valued residents’ homes.
This part-time position requires availability Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00 PM. Schedule to be discussed during interviews. This is not a benefits eligible position.

Job Responsibilities
- Clean and make ready all vacant homes and common areas of the buildings.
- Maintain resident relations - provide excellent customer service to residents; participate in resident functions as required by the Property Manager
- Follow all safety and liability guidelines - help ensure that all items listed in the safety inspection report are up to company standards
- Contribute to team effort - maintain expense control to meet budget; participate in preventative maintenance schedule as required; attend all staff meetings; other duties as assigned by management
- Minimum two years of experience in a housekeeping or related experience required
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record required
- Ability to follow directives and work with minimum supervision
- Must have basic understanding of English language and be able to communicate with coworkers
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally in order to communicate issues, problems, ideas, concerns and information on work progress
- Ability to interact positively with residents, employees, vendors and the general public
- Ability to exercise schedule flexibility to accomplish set goals
