This position requires availability Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some weekend and evening hours possible.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, on-site assets, and personnel
- Interact and communicate effectively with personnel, residents and prospective residents
- Provide oversight of resident retention and leasing functions
- Perform financial reporting and recordkeeping
- Experience required with Low Income Housing Tax Credit and/or Subsidized Housing
- Minimum of three years’ experience in property management industry preferred
- Prior supervisory experience in a management position required
- Minimum of three years of customer service experience required
- Ability to follow directives, communicate effectively, and work with minimum supervision
- Basic math / bookkeeping and computer skills required
- Midrise building management experience preferred
