Summary
Servers are responsible for opening/closing duties, preparing the restaurant fully for service, fill knowledge of menus and bar offerings exceptional service for members and their guests, and the ability to solve problems in all situations.
Job Description
· Handle all aspects of Grill Room service.
· Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems and conflicts.
· Ensure member’s and guest service expectations are exceeded.
· Must have knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
· Ability to perform all essential serving functions.
· Ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
· Ability to perform under pressure effectively for extensive periods of time while maintaining professionalism.
· Must possess strong organizational skills.
· Working with MOD to prepare for each day
· Working as a team player with members of maintenance, clubhouse, and membership
· Reports to Dining Room supervisors and food and beverage manager
· Gives all cash transactions to MOD for processing
Education
· High School Diploma / GED
Qualifications
· Proficient communication skills
· Strong time management skills and attention to detail
· DLC Certification
· Hospitality/serving experience preferred
· Club experience preferred
· Must have a flexible schedule; nights, weekends, holidays

Compensation & Employment Definition
· Title: Burlington Country Club Server
· Direct Report: Clubhouse Operations Manager
· Compensation: Hourly plus tips – Depending on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 32 per week
