What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adult Ed Dental Program Instructor position at Burlington County Institute of Technology?
Burlington County Institute of Technology seeks qualified candidates to work as an hourly (part-time) Dental Instructor in our Dental Assisting and Dental Radiology programs. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of four years of experience in Dental Assisting or Dental Hygiene, with CDA and RDA certification preferred.
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Be either a NJ Licensed Dentist, NJ Registered Dental Hygienist, or a NJ Licensed Dental Radiologic Technologist.
- Have a minimum of two years full-time equivalent work experience performing dental radiographic procedures.
- Document successful completion of a Board recognized course in educational theory and methodology or its equivalent.
The selected candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Additionally, they must be willing to undergo a competitive hourly rate, required criminal history background check, proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status, and reside within New Jersey within one year from date of hire.
