Job Title: Hourly Adult Ed Advanced Manufacturing Instructor
Burlington County Institute of Technology Adult Education seeks an experienced instructor to teach advanced manufacturing skills to adult students. Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct and mentor adult learners in advanced manufacturing techniques.
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with industry standards, such as National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS).
• Foster a supportive learning environment, promoting student engagement and motivation.
• Utilize strong oral and written communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in advanced manufacturing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of NIMS and ability to teach its principles.
• Excellent instructional and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and adapt to changing program needs.
