Burlington Design Center is seeking to fulfill a full-time position for an experienced Paint Sales Associate.Experience and prior knowledge of working in the retail paint industry preferred (Benjamin Moore or competitors). Sales Associate will work with a number of brands in the coatings and construction industries such as Benjamin Moore, Festool, Titan and light industrial products.Job Responsibilities:- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service.- Processing sales through the POS system- Operating and balancing cash registers- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on products.- Operating paint tinting machines and software.- Tinting and mixing paint.- Maintain store stock and appearance.Job Requirements:- High School Diploma/GED- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.- The ability to work alongside a team of co-workers.- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.- The ability to perform moderate heavy lifting.- Flexibility for scheduling, ability to work full-time (35-45 hours) opening and/or closing shifts, weekends, in either store location as needed.***SIGN UP BONUS PACKAGE AVAILABLE**PLEASE CALL (856) 778-7772 TO INQUIRE.
