Customer Care Specialist

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be working at the U.S. headquarters office in downtown Boca Raton, FL, providing support to our customers by phone and email, both inbound and outbound. You will bring your expertise in exceptional customer service to resolve customer issues, troubleshoot concerns, and assist customers with solutions that will best meet their needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through clear and concise communication.
- Provide daily support to customers including answering questions, analyzing problems, and quickly identifying solutions.
- Research potential customer programs to obtain information for the sales team.
- Create promotional materials for customers.
- Provide data analysis of Customer Care projects and present to our Regional Teams on a monthly basis.
- Maintain detailed records of daily interactions with customers, reported issues, and completed solutions using our ticketing system.
- Pack and ship items to customers and staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- College level courses in Technology, Communications, Marketing, or Business Management a plus
- Customer service experience a plus
- Efficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Capability with PowerPoint a plus
- Ability to learn and utilize new software programs
- Open availability to work shifts including evenings.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status required.
