Job Overview
Perform scheduled maintenance tasks at the clubhouse to keep all equipment and fixtures in good working order. Communicate issues and problems found quickly so they can resolved quickly. Prioritize work in order of importance. Maintain up to date records of repairs and warranties.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Work closely with Head of Maintenance to develop a weekly work plan.
- Prepare and record daily duties on a timecard that shows time spent on each activity.
- Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, damage to walls/paint, electrical or lighting repairs, HVAC filter changes, etc.
- Perform preventative maintenance on pool equipment, pumps, and motors.
- Communicate daily with kitchen manager to identify cooking equipment/cooler/freezer/ice machine problems. Inspect problems and see if any mechanical/electrical issues are visible and repair if possible.
- Identify items needing repair and assign approximate time and materials budgets.
- Schedule and oversee outside contractors performing work in the Clubhouse.
Qualifications
- Basic electrical and mechanical operation and troubleshooting knowledge
- General carpentry skills including painting and drywall
- Minimum 3 years experience in a related field or trade
