What is available?
Full-Time or Part-Time with rotation of weekends and holidays. 8 Hour shifts
Premium Wage Scale
LPN - $32 - $37 per hour
Is there a shift diff?
Yes - $2.00 shift diff for PM and NOC
Is there a sign on Bonus?
Full- Time Status ($10,000) and Part-Time ($5,000)

As an LPN you will work alongside our Amazing Director of Nursing Brigid and our Nurse Managers to provide the best quality care and ensure the safety to our residents : administrating medication and monitoring the resident's vitals, provide wound care or other duties directed by the Director of Nursing. Additionally, provide support and directions to the nursing assistants.
Requirements :
Active WI Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Great customer service skills
Passion to work with the aging population
Great communications skills
