Your Role as Culture Leader:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring that our culture of care is woven into every aspect of service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations while maintaining a resident-centered approach.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of dedicated professionals, inspiring them to embrace and contribute to our culture.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resources to maintain high standards of care and operational efficiency.
• Actively engage with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator with a current and active WI NHA licensure.
• A strong ability to build and drive a positive, resident-centered culture that aligns with our values.
• Passion for creating an environment where both staff and residents thrive.
• Deep knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing home operations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
