Burlington Health and Rehab has an exciting opportunity for a driven leader to join our growing team in Burlington, WI as a PM Shift Supervisor / Infection Control Nurse. This position will work with our phenomenal Director of Nursing (DON) Brigid in leading the clinical team to success and providing outstanding care to our residents.
As the PM shift Supervisor / Infection Control Nurse you have the ability to positively impact the lives and overall health of the residents by overseeing the prevention, containing, and treating infections. Developing programs in compliance with regulations and guidelines. Provide staff training / education, mentoring and more!
This position is full time with an every other weekend rotation, No Holidays!!
Requirements :
- WI Licensed Nurse RN in good standing
- 2 Years of nursing experience in a long term care facility preferred.
- Infection Control Certified preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead a growing team
