The Burlington operation in Raeford, NC has been proudly producing dress uniform fabric for the US Military for more than 50 years. Job Purpose:
This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality and appearance of finished products while working closely with the production and quality control teams to meet customer specifications.


Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities (this is not a complete job description):
  • Work safely in a fast-paced production environment
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance
  • Comply with company processes and procedures

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine checks of finished products to ensure color quality, uniformity, and accuracy.
  • Review production samples and make shade corrections as necessary to achieve desired color result.
  • Create, update, and organize a comprehensive set of standard color samples
  • Perform accurate and consistent color matching, ensuring that colors meet company standards
  • Maintain detailed records of color formulas, color matching processes, and shade corrections. Ensure that all records are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with company standards and protocols.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot color-related issues.

Most positions require:
  • Standing up to 10 hours per shift on wooden floor
  • Move over an area of 300 ft. approx.
  • Lifting up to 10lbs
  • Bending and stooping periodically
  • Walking between various departments within facility.

Safety requirements/Environment:
  • Standard hearing/vision tests are given
  • Personal protective equipment as job elements require


Education/Experience:
  • Must have the ability to read, write and do simple math as determined by the manner in which application is completed.
  • Must be able to communicate with co-workers and management
  • Must be able to work assigned work schedule
  • Must possess computer skills with knowledge of spreadsheets and the use of formulas.


Starting pay $14.00 per hour.
