Elevate is looking for a demand planner to join our work family at Burlington Finishing Plant (formally known as Burlington Industries). Must be willing to work in a non-climate controlled environment and work overtime as needed, Drug testing and background checks are required upon offer of employment.
Primary Job Duties:
- Complete Greige cycle checks
- Lift and move materials and fabrics up to 40 pounds
- utilize applications on the computer such as G-Tex to make inventory adjustments, and maintain documents
- Print ODM documents for all types of fabric, if necessary
- Track expedited lots electronically and physically
- Perform and comply with all applicable job-related operating procedures and work instructions
- Conduct and run weekly late lot meetings with members of management (Including compiling information and data to supply for meetings)
- Other functions that may be assigned by a supervisor or management
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Comply with company processes and procedures
- Follow verbal and written instructions
- Stand, walk, lift, bed, stoop, and reach while handling material or products
- Work cooperatively, courteously, and respectfully with all team members, vendors, and visitors
- Perform job duties in variable temperatures based on weather conditions (including hot weather)
- Ensure good housekeeping of all areas and company premises
- Successfully complete drug and background screenings
Mandatory Prerequisites:
- Must process competent reading/writing skills
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations (Add, Subtract, multiply, divide)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on occasion
