About the Role:
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will:
- Repair and maintain machinery, utilities, and plant structures.
- Work with tools and equipment such as drills, wrenches, saws, and testing instruments.
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
- Assist in fabricating and installing equipment.
- Ensure safety standards are upheld and work areas are kept clean.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand for up to 10 hours on concrete.
- Lift up to 60 lbs and move heavier equipment with assistance.
- Climb ladders, work on scaffolds, and operate in tight spaces.
- Maintain normal vision (or corrected vision) to perform tasks effectively.
What We're Looking For:
- Required: Prior mechanical experience.
- Preferred: Welding experience and familiarity with advanced manufacturing.
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus!
