Job Title: Onsite Coordinator
Location: Raeford, NC and Rockingham, NC
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Onsite Coordinator to facilitate the smooth integration of a new group of employees into our work environment and local community. This role involves managing recruitment, employment documentation, and onboarding processes, while providing daily support to ensure employees are trained, safe, and engaged. Additionally, the Onsite Coordinator will assist with housing, transportation, and other community-related needs to help employees settle into their new surroundings. Fluency in Haitian Creole and English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, handle employment documentation, and oversee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Training & Compliance: Provide daily onsite assistance to ensure employees receive proper training, adhere to safety protocols, and remain engaged in their roles.
- Community Integration: Assist employees with housing, transportation, and other community-related needs to help them acclimate to the local area.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between employees and management, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Bilingual Support: Utilize bilingual skills in Haitian Creole and English to support and communicate with employees. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Haitian Creole and English; Spanish is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, or employee support roles preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with community resources and local area in Raeford, NC, and Rockingham, NC is beneficial.
