Burlington Kia, a top automotive dealership in the tri-state area, is seeking a dedicated part time Cashier / Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our dealership. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire to contribute to a positive customer experience, we'd love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and connecting them with the appropriate department.
- Process payments for vehicle purchases, service transactions, and parts sales, accurately handling cash, credit cards, and checks.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring it reflects the dealership's professional image.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.
- Support other departments as needed with clerical tasks and customer interactions.
