Burlington Medical is thrilled to provide a great career opportunity for a Quality Control Inspector with one of the leading manufacturers and providers of radiation protection products.
Job Purpose:
To ensure compliance of products and processes.
Duties:
Conduct in-process, receipt, and final inspections.
Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with company and customer specifications.
Initiate Non-Conformance reports (Material Rejection Notices) as required.
Input and perform trending of key inspection process metrics. Document and report inspection findings.
Monitors corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure calibration and maintenance is performed on inspection equipment.
Work with other company personnel to resolve non-conformances.
Ensure compliance to ISO 9001 requirements.
Skills/Qualifications:
2 years quality control experience
Ability to understand manufacturing processes and the means by which they are controlled
Experience with statistical analysis of manufacturing processes
Experience with ISO 9001 and Military Standards
Strong problem solving skills
A good work ethic
Ability to work independently
Good interpersonal and communication skills
High school Diploma or equivalent
Word, Excel, Outlook knowledge
Operation of basic measuring devices.
