We are looking for a motivated and friendly Dental Insurance Coordinator / Receptionist to join us in a family-like private dental practice with a positive and caring environment. Minimum 2 years of experience with dental insurance is required.
Working hours: Full time - 32 hours/week on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Salary: $24-28/hr depending on the experience

Main Job Descriptions:
- Answering and responding to phone calls, text messages, and emails
- Coordinating dental appointments
- Checking insurance eligibility, benefits, frequency and calculating estimated copays
- Communicating with insurance companies by phone calls and emails
- Sending insurance claims, billing, and pre-authorizations
- Collecting & recording payments & follow-up with unpaid claims
Qualifications:
- Must have a good knowledge of how dental insurance works
- Punctual and responsible; A person with integrity and honesty
- Ability to multi-task & Open to suggestions and willing to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organization skills
- Computer and math skills
- Flexible with job descriptions
